MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals having reviewed the <br />variance from development standards filed by Donna and Mike Young <br />and Ray and Helen Young at ~52 Landersdale Road, and 206 <br />Landersdale Road, Mooresville, Indiana, whereby petitioners are <br />requesting to build a pole barn for temporary living quarters <br />until the home destroyed by a fire at 206 Landersdale Road can be <br />reconstructed; the Board of Zoning Appeals now makes the following <br />findings of fact pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4-918.5: <br /> <br /> ~. That the approval of the variance would not be injurious <br />to the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the <br />community due to the location of the proposed structure as it <br />relates to other structures in the area. <br /> <br /> 2. That the use and value of the area adjacent to the <br />property included in the variance will not be affected in a <br />substantially adverse manner in that the use would be a temporary <br />one during construction and does not directly affect any of the <br />adjoining properties. <br /> <br /> 3.
