Mr. Larrison asked if it was the quality <br /> of the work that was a problem with the passing lanes, Mr. Beikman's response was yes. <br /> Commissioner Whaley asked if these lanes were finished which the answer was yes but <br /> not to town standards. The vote on this motion was 2 for, 5 against with Commissioner <br /> Brown obtaining. A Second motion was made by Commissioner King to table until Mr. <br /> Currens could review the plat, a second was made by Commissioner Anderson, and the <br /> vote was 8-0 to table. <br /> At this time a vote on the changes in the times of recording of the filings, it was <br /> explained that the filings were to be in 20 days before the Plan Commission,have the <br /> Tech. meeting and all corrections be made and in the clerks office by 10 day prior the <br /> meeting for public to view. A motion was made by <br /> Commission Williamson to move the Tech Review meeting to 6 p.m. with no second <br /> without a second the motion died and the meeting will remain at 8 a.m. <br /> A nomination for secretary is needed with John Ehrhart moving and no longer being able <br /> to serve. Commissioner Williamson requested an officer take the noise <br /> level between 1 and 4 a.m. Chairman asked Joe Beikman and Tim Currens if they <br /> {Carter Lee} were co-operating, Mr. Beikman said some-what. Commissioner <br /> Williamson said that he did not feel the calcium chloride is not doing the job of <br /> controlling the dust. <br /> Mr. Beikman reported 19 permits and 56 inspections. <br /> Chairman Young requested a letter of appreciation, and plaques to be made for Charles <br /> McGuire and John Ehrhart.
