TOWN OF MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> MINUTES <br /> THURSDAY September 25. 2008 <br /> The Town Of Mooresville met in regular session September 25, 2008 at the Mooresville <br /> Government Center, 4 E Harrison Street at 6: p.m. <br /> Plan Commission members present were, Chairman Mike Young, Commissioners: Ann <br /> Whaley, Charles Berwick, Perry King, Darrell Brown, Brian Anderson and James Logan. <br /> Town attorney Tim Currens was also present. Commissioner Robert Williamson was <br /> absent. <br /> Chairman Young called the meeting to order at 6: p.m. Correction or changes for the <br /> minutes from the previous meeting was asked for at this time, with corrections noted a <br /> motion was made by Commissioner Brown to approve the minutes the second came from <br /> Commissioner Berwick. The motion carried 7-0 with none opposed. <br /> • <br /> The first item on the agenda was Ross Holloway for a replat for Lot 4 to access to Adams <br /> PUD from Pleiades Dr. This land is owned by the town of Mooresville. He is also asking <br /> for a pliminary approval on the site plan intended for Indy Tractor. They want some <br /> assurance before spending money on permits and etc. Mr. Holloway explained the hand <br /> out covering the elevations main entrance and sign location. Commissioner Brown asked <br /> about the radius of the Cul-de-sac, Mr. Holloway said that it had been changed from 40 <br /> feet to 60 feet, the area across would be 120 feet. Commissioner Brown also ask the <br /> street extension showing, that it does not show the emergency access. Mr. Holloway said <br /> that this for the one lot(lot 4) only,he also said that all of the notes on the original plat <br /> still stand,he said that they can add it to this plat for insurance purposes. Mr. Holloway <br /> also said that they intend to cut back on concert with a drivable grass either a honey comb <br /> concert with grass growing in or a pervious concert to cut back on run off. Chairman <br /> Young asked what the% deliverance was for run off,he said that it would be about 2/3. <br /> Mr. Holloway added that the sign would be in the North East corner. With no further <br /> questions Chairman Young asked for a motion from the Commission. Commissioner <br /> Logan motioned to accept the replat, Commissioner Whaley seconded the motion, which <br /> carried 7-0 with none opposed. The motion was made to accept the sight plan with all of <br /> the notes from the original plat to be added by Commissioner Brown and seconded by <br /> Commissioner Lagan, the motion carried 7-0 with none opposed. <br /> Tim Currens gave a short report on the Stanley Butrum and Carter Lee about the dust and <br /> noise. Mr. Currens said that he does not think that we have much in our ordinance to <br /> pursue this mater. Although he did meet with Mr. Butrum at which time they walked the <br />
