This change is to change to some single family <br /> homes instead of the original design for quad units. This was brought to the Tech <br /> Committee to determine if it would in crease the impervious area and if it would be <br /> necessary to send notices. (it was decided that no notices need to be sent) Mr. Holloway <br /> said that the original design was for 7.699 impervious area and the changes would have at <br /> least Y2 acres. Commissioner Williamson was concerned that this change would lower <br /> the value of the homes in Knightsbridge. Mr. Holloway said that the section next to <br /> Knightsbridge was already completed and should not effect them at all. Commissioner <br /> Whaley asked if the single family units are condominiums,Mr. Holloway answered that <br /> yes they are also condominiums. With no other comments a motion to approve these <br /> changes from Commissioner Logan with the second was offered by Commissioner <br /> Brown, the motion carried 7-1 with Commissioner Williamson voting no. <br /> Ross Holloway also came before the Commission Indy Tractor that will front State Road <br /> 67 for a plenary plat approval. Mr. Holloway addressed access,to be across from Woods <br /> Wire, street lights and fire hydrants, also noting that if the fire department would require <br /> more hydrants or that they need to be moved, that will be done. Also the emergency <br /> access road will be constructed on Block B and it will be maintained on a share and <br /> share alike for all property owners. There will be a lock box for emergency on Bethel <br /> Road when the access road is put in. Commissioner Brown asked about notes on the <br /> construction of the streets and that the emergency access would be put in before any <br /> construction is started on block B. Mr. Holloway added that the following would be <br /> noted, the access road and lock box will be construction before any construction is <br /> started.the geometry of the access road would be subject of approval of the Mooresville <br /> Fire Dept. and number 3 when they come back for the final plat a dedication of the <br /> portion of the emergency access that is not a part of this plat which will be that portion <br /> west of Block B. a motion to approve this request subject the approval of replat and the <br /> above mentioned additions by Commissioner Logan seconded by Commissioner Brown, <br /> the motion carried 8-0 with none opposed. The paving on Old State Road 67, was <br /> discussed, Mr. Holloway said that in the future they will be back for wideing. <br /> Mr. Beikman reported 96 inspections and 31 permits. <br /> A motion to adjourn approved 8-0 with none opposed. <br /> The next meeting will .e Sept, b-r 25, '4 0: <br /> r, <br /> Erman: <br /> Alb <br /> 4111) <br /> ary. <br />
