Commissioner Williamson was concerned that this change would lower the value of the homes in Knightsbridge. Mr. Holloway said that the section next to Knightsbridge was already completed and should not effect them at all. Commissioner Whaley asked if the single family units are condominiums,Mr. Holloway answered that yes they are also condominiums. With no other comments a motion to approve these changes from Commissioner Logan with the second was offered by Commissioner Brown, the motion carried 7-1 with Commissioner Williamson voting no. Ross Holloway also came before the Commission Indy Tractor that will front State Road 67 for a plenary plat approval. Mr. Holloway addressed access,to be across from Woods Wire, street lights and fire hydrants, also noting that if the fire department would require more hydrants or that they need to be moved, that will be done. Also the emergency access road will be constructed on Block B and it will be maintained on a share and share alike for all property owners. There will be a lock box for emergency on Bethel Road when the access road is put in. Commissioner Brown asked about notes on the construction of the streets and that the emergency access would be put in before any construction is started on block B. Mr. Holloway added that the following would be noted, the access road and lock box will be construction before any construction is started.the geometry of the access road would be subject of approval of the Mooresville Fire Dept. and number 3 when they come back for the final plat a dedication of the portion of the emergency access that is not a part of this plat which will be that portion west of Block B. a motion to approve this request subject the approval of replat and the above mentioned additions by Commissioner Logan seconded by Commissioner Brown, the motion carried 8-0 with none opposed. The paving on Old State Road 67, was discussed, Mr. Holloway said that in the future they will be back for wideing. Mr. Beikman reported 96 inspections and 31 permits.
