• <br /> TOWN OF MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> MINUTES <br /> THURSDAY NOVEMBER 13, 2008 <br /> The Town Of Mooresville met in regular session November 13, 2008 at the Mooresville <br /> Government Center, 4 East Harrison Street at 6 p.m. <br /> Plan Commissioners present were, Chairman: Mike Young, Commissioners: Ann <br /> Whaley, Charles Berwick, Perry King and Darrell Brown. Those absent were <br /> Commissioners James Logan, Brian Anderson and Robert Williamson. Town attorney <br /> Tim Currens was also present. <br /> Chairman Young call the meeting to at 6: p.m., he asked for any changes or corrections <br /> on the minutes from the November 13, 2008 meeting. Some corrections were made <br /> before the meeting. A motion from came from Commissioner Whaley to accept the <br /> minutes the second came from Commissioner Brown,the vote was 5-0 with none <br /> opposed. <br /> The first item on the agenda was Ross Holloway for Fred and Marjorie,Wittenbach <br /> asking for a release of the bond on Keswick Estate. The original plat was in 2002 it did <br /> pass,but was not rezoned at that time, it is still agriculture. With lots not selling they <br /> came back a couple years later with a 2 acre lots,the plat was not recorded. Mr. Currens <br /> said that the bond consisted of$5,500.00 for widening of Bethel Church Road, <br /> $20.615.00 future street on BLK A and $ 885.00 for regarding and seeding along Keys <br /> Road. The Plan Commission has the authority on this bond. Ross will get with Mr. <br /> Currens to advise the Wittenbachs on the best way to proceed. Commissioner Whaley <br /> asked for clarification on the plats, Mr. Currens said that if they decide to go on the plat <br /> with the two acre lots that plat would supersede the first plat Motion to turn down the <br /> release of the bond was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Whaley, the vote was 5-0 with none opposed. <br /> Mr. Holloway: asking for a Special Exception to have Auto sales in a B3 district, this <br /> mater did pass from the BZA just before this meeting. Mr. Holloway said that he does not <br /> believe that this Special Exception would have any adverse impact on the town master <br /> plan. With no further questions a motion to approve the Special Exception came from <br /> Commissioner Berwick, seconded by Commissioner Whaley the motion carried 5-0 with <br /> none opposed. <br /> 110 <br />
