S <br /> Mr. Holloway returned with a request for a rezone from B2 to B3 at Indiana St. and <br /> Moore St. ( Old Pizza Hut) Mr. Holloway said that there are other B3 businesses in the <br /> area. With no questions from the floor or the board a motion to approve the rezone came <br /> from Commissioner Brown, seconded came from Commissioner Berwick, the vote was. <br /> 5-0 with none opposed in favor of the rezone for 825 S Indiana Street from B2 to B3. <br /> Mr. Holloway returned for Richard Allison, with a replat of lots 3 &4 Allison 2nd Minor <br /> Plat on North County Line Road. Mr. Allison wants to change configurations to convey <br /> parcels to his children. Lot 3 will now be 4.015 acres and lot 4 will be 10.915 acres. <br /> There are sanitary sewer easements as well as utility easements to both lots. There are no <br /> other changes and access stays the same. Chairman Young asked, what the size of lot 2, <br /> Mr. Holloway said that it was unchanged at 1.069 acres and lot 1 is still 1.915 acres. With <br /> no other questions, there was a motion from Commissioner Berwick to approve the <br /> change to the Allison minor plat with the second coming from Commissioner Whaley. <br /> The motion carried 5-0 with none opposed. <br /> Joe Beikman,reported 16 permits and 42 inspections. <br /> With other business a motion to adjourn from Commissioner Whaley, the motion was <br /> seconded by Commissioner Brown the vote was 5-0 with none opposed to adjourn. <br /> . / , <br /> i ' AO <br /> airman: <br /> 4/ c\--71:: <br /> „..,_________ <br /> Secretary: <br /> 0 <br />
