Access. Mr. Holloway said that he would like to see that taken off as will as Mr. Adams; <br /> he said that the Morgan Co. EDC had wanted it as a selling point. Commissioner Brown <br /> ask who would maintain the road. Chairman Young stated that when a motion is made to <br /> note all stipulations on the plat. A motion was made by Commissioner Brown to <br /> motioned to make the recommendation to approve this rezone with the stipulation the <br /> note be struck titled `Secondary Access' and to stipulate that a Knox or another device <br /> that is approved by the fire dept. to be used on the gate of the access road off Bethel <br /> Road and stipulate that the emergency access road would be maintained on a share and <br /> share alike basis by the persons owning lots in the PUD. The main road will also be <br /> maintained by lot owners until it is decicated to the town of Mooresville. The motion was <br /> seconded by Commissioner Ehrhart,motion carried 7-0 with none opposed. <br /> Next approval of the revised application for Rezones, Minor Plats, Subdivisions plats and <br /> Planned Unit Developments. There will also be a change for the filing to be changed 10 <br /> to 20 days to file prior the hearing date. This will give more time for the petitioners to <br /> make any changes after the tech meeting. Motion to approve the changes as made by <br /> Commissioner Ehrhart and seconded by Commissioner Logan, the motion carried 7-0 <br /> with none opposed. <br /> Building Commissioner Joe Beikman, reported 20 permits and 31 inspections. <br /> A motion to adjourn was seconded, the vote was 7-0 to adjourn. <br /> Cha' . : <br /> 401e <br /> Secrery: <br /> 411) <br />
