Zoning Board Chairman Alan Kramer asked Mr. Caperton if <br />Lhere wound be representation from Roberson Wood owners. <br /> <br /> Mr. Caperton explained that there would be repre- <br />sentation from Roberson Wood owners to vote on this issue. <br /> <br /> Mr. 7om Sanborn of Roberson Woods asked how many 8,400 <br />square foot lots there are, and how many were along the <br />commercial district. <br /> <br /> Mr. Caperton explained that there were approximately 35, <br />8,400 square foot lots and about 90% of these were along the <br />commercial district. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jim Sells, 490 Redwood Drive, Roberson Woods, asked <br />Mr. Caperton to explain the quality going into the Roberson <br />Village homes. <br /> <br /> Mr. Caperton explained to Mr. Sells that everything on <br />the outside needs to be brick or wood and that the restricted <br />covenents only changed the size of tine house. <br /> <br /> A motion on item Sa, for the variance to reduce the <br />minimum size of lots in R-2 was made by Charles McGuir'e, sub- <br />jected to the Planning Commission approval, Mr. Oschman made <br />a second. Motion carried 4 to 1 with Mr'.. Kramer opposing. <br /> <br /> A request for a variance on the existing <br />variance from 5' to 4' was brought before the <br />Appeals by Caperton Development. <br /> <br />city walk <br />Board of Zoning <br /> <br /> Building Inspector, Joe Beikman, asked Mr. Caperton <br />about the location of the walk, and if it was going to be <br />,one (1) feot from the property line. <br /> <br /> Mr. Caperton replied that he needed it to be two (2) <br />Feet from the property line, and that he nee<de a five (5) <br />foot grassy area and a four (4) foot walk to save some trees. <br /> <br /> A motion on item Sb of the agenda, was made by Mr. <br />Oschman, Mr. Charles McGuire made a second. <br />Motion carried unanamously. <br /> <br />Steve <br /> <br /> A motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Vern Kimmel, Mr. <br />Steve Oschman made the second.
