FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br /> The Board of Zoning Appeals for the Civil Town of <br />Mooresville, having heard the petition for variance filed by <br />Carpenter Company, Inc. requesting a variance from the development <br />standards pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-918.5 requesting a variance from <br />the set-back line of ten (10) feet to eight (8) feet now makes the <br />following findings of fact: <br /> <br /> ~. That the approval of this variance would not be injurious <br />to the public health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the <br />community with this particular building line having no real impact <br />on the adjoining property which is owned by the applicant. <br /> <br /> 2. That the use and value of the area adjacent to the <br />property included in the variance will not be affected in a <br />substantially adverse manner since it is owned by the petitioner. <br /> <br /> 3. That the strict application of the terms of the zoning <br />ordinance would result in practical difficulties in the use of <br />this property since the road adjoining this property does not <br />continue through and since the front part of the property is <br />bordered by State Road 67 and the petitioner's own the south side <br />of the property where the variance will take place. <br /> <br /> MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br />~_~,~/./~~~~/ Chairman <br /> <br /> <br />
