Q <br />Tim Currens presented the Council with the Sanitary Sewer Easements for Meadow <br />Lake. A motion was made by Councilman. Harris, second by Councilman Clark to <br />approve the sewer easements far Meadow Lake. Motion carried 3-0. <br />The next item was the Dedication of Land for Use from Meadow Lake for the <br />infrastructure that is either in place or is bonded for two parcels, one containing 2$-34 <br />acres and the other containing 3 acres, which is dedicating the sanitary sewer litres to the <br />town. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Harris; second by Councilman Clark to approve the <br />Dedication of Land far Meadow Lake. Motion carried 3-0. <br />Next, was the driveway commitment far Meadaw Lake that the Council had discussed at <br />a previous meeting.. <br />A motion to approve the Driveway Commitments for Meadow Lake was made by <br />Councilman Harris, second by Councilman Clark and carried 3-0.. <br />Street Superintendent, Joe Beikman, presented the Council with a letter from West <br />Central Solid Waste Distraict, requesting permission to hang a banner across Indiana <br />Street at Morgan Street, for the annual Tax Away Event, which will beheld on June 16~' <br />at Mooresville High School. <br />A motion to grant permission for the banner was made by Councilman Harris and second <br />by Councilman Clark. Motion carried 3-0. <br />A motion far approval of the payment of claims was made by Councilman Clark, second <br />by Councilman Harris.
