4. That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage, and <br />other necessary facilities have been or are being provided <br />since this area has all such utilities, access and drainage <br />already in line. <br /> <br />5. That adequate measures could be made to provide ingress <br />and egress as to minimize traffic congestion. <br /> <br />6. That the special exception would be located in a district <br />where such use is permitted and all the other requirements in <br />the ordinance would be met. <br /> <br />Vern Kimmel then moved that the special exception to operate <br /> <br />a car lot on this property be granted. This was seconded by <br /> <br />Robert Tucker and unanimiously carried.
