. Next was Sidney and Joe Stallsworth, 8 E Washington St.,requesting a variance for a nail <br /> salon within their residence. She now operates a nail salon in Plainfield and she would <br /> like to move the business to their home. Mr. Young asked if she would need additional <br /> parking and she said no they could park in their driveway or on the street. Mr. Swisher <br /> asked what her hours of operation would be and she said they would be Tuesday thru <br /> Thursday 9:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M, Friday 9:00 A.M. to 4 P.M. and alternate Saturdays <br /> from 7:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Mr. Young asked if she would have a sign and she said <br /> she was not sure. After reading of the fact-of-findings a motion was made by Don <br /> Barry, second by Mike Young, to grant the variance with the following restrictions: <br /> 1. Variance ceases when petitioners no longer own this home. <br /> 2. One sign on the door to be no greater than 12"X 12" which includes the hours <br /> Of operation. <br /> 3, Hours of operation limited to Tuesday thru Thursday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM <br /> And alternate Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. <br /> Motion carried 3-0. <br /> There being no further business to come before the board at this time a motion to adjourn <br /> was made by Mike Young, second by Don Barry.
