The warehouse would be south of the existing buildings, the warehouse will only be for <br /> use of materials for Mr. Ballard's business. The buildings will not be attached. Mr. <br /> McGuire asked why the inoperable cars are setting out be side one of the buildings. <br /> Mr. Ballard said that someone rents part of that building and the cars belong to him,he <br /> fixes up old cars. After the reading of the variance of use, Mr. McGuire motioned to <br /> approve the variance for a warehouse on property zoned B-2 with the stipulation that <br /> there be no outside storage and what is there now will be removed, the motion was <br /> seconded and passed will all in favor. <br /> Mr. McGuire asks for a letter to be sent to 6 Hadley Street where a lawn care sign has <br /> been erected. Mr. Beikman will check on 6 Hadley Street and take proper action. <br /> Mr. Young brought up the property at Landersdale and Hadley roads, with four or five <br /> Vans, a boat, dumpsters and trash. Some of the vehicles have no license. Mr. Currens will <br /> look into it to see what can and cannot be done. Mr. McGuire also brought up some cars <br /> on South Street with flat tires and trash can up to the rear of the cars so the plates can not <br /> be seen.
