Mr. Weidman has several <br /> concerns, noise from air tools,the drive way not being able to hold the traffic, drainage <br /> and the depreciation of his property, and his family quality of living. Mr. Wideman did <br /> have pictures showing the properties and how close the garage is to his home. Mr. <br /> Ratcliff said that he would build a privacy fence; he also does not think that this would <br /> change the drainage from what it is now. Mr. Ratcliff said that he will not add lights or <br /> used cars. Mr. Regal also of St Rd 144 came forward to say that he has no problem with <br /> the variance. T here was more dialogue on both side, Chairman Allman read the Facts of <br /> Findings Mike Young motioned to approve the variance, with several stipulations such as <br /> no sign, hours of operation between 8 am to 6:pm., and only 5 vehicles parked besides <br /> family owned. seconded Alan Kramer to approve the variance the vote was 2-1 with Mr. <br /> Allman voting no, without a majority vote the variance was tabled until next month, <br /> (March 11, 2010 ) <br /> At this time Mr. Tom Williams from 14B & SD came to the board asking for a sign <br /> variance for Citgo sign at the gas station at 5942 E St Rd 144, the old sign being in need <br /> of repair they want to replace the sign and the pole. The variance from 20 feet to 6.4 feet. <br /> After some discussion and the reading of the Facts of Findings a motion from Alan <br /> Kramer to approve the variance on contingency of the green cards for proof of mailing <br /> being brought into the Clerk Treasures office.,motioned seconded by Mike Young, <br /> motion carried 3-0 with none opposed. <br /> The board voted to keep officers as they were for 2009 which were Neal Allman as <br /> Chairman, Ann Whaley as Vice Chairman and Alan Kramer as Secretary. <br /> With no other business the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals was adjourned. <br /> �G <br /> C A RMAN; <br /> SECRETARY; <br /> Next Meeting Date; March 11, 2010 <br />
