After some discussion and the reading of the Facts of Findings a motion from Alan Kramer to approve the variance on contingency of the green cards for proof of mailing being brought into the Clerk Treasures office.,motioned seconded by Mike Young, motion carried 3-0 with none opposed. The board voted to keep officers as they were for 2009 which were Neal Allman as Chairman, Ann Whaley as Vice Chairman and Alan Kramer as Secretary.
