TOWN OF MOORESVILLE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> • MINUTES <br /> THURSDAY OCTOBER 26, 2006 <br /> The Mooresville Plan Commission met in regular session on Thursday, October 26, 2006 <br /> at 6.00 p.m. at the Mooresville Town Center. <br /> Plan Commission members present were ,Chairman Mike Young, Robert Williamson, <br /> Charles Berwick, John Ehrhart, and Darrell Brown. Town Attorney Tim Currens was also <br /> present. <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Williamson to approve The September 28th <br /> meeting, the motion was seconded by Commissioner Ehrhart. The motion carried 5-0 <br /> with none opposed. <br /> The November and December meetings with the Holiday conflicts were discussed. The <br /> November meeting will be November, 15th and the December will be with the BZA <br /> December, 14`h. <br /> The Recommended Transportation Improvements Draft from October 19, 2006. was <br /> discussed and a copy of the draft will be copied and sent to all members. This will give <br /> each member the chance to look over the information before the next meeting. <br /> Mr. Currens brought up the letter and plans from Mr. Corner for the area in Hendricks <br /> Co. at 70 and 39. <br /> The matter of the over hang for the homes for the Mahoney Homes (Eagle Crossing) <br /> project from 18 inches to 16 inches was discussed. Commissioner Ehrhart motioned to <br /> change the over hang from 18 to 16 inches, seconded by Commissioner Brown. The <br /> motion carried 5-0 with none opposed. <br /> The I 69 meeting at Martinsville High School will be attended by any members that are <br /> able to attend. <br /> Mr. Beikman reported 15 Building Permits and 56 Inspections. <br /> With no further business before the Commission a motion was made by Commissioner <br /> Brown to adjourn, second came from Commissioner Berwick. Motion carried 5-0 with <br /> none opposed. <br /> The next meeting of the Mooresville Plan Commission will be November 15,2006 at the <br /> Mooresville Town Center. <br />
