The last item on the agenda was reviewing minutes and discussing Villages of <br /> Eastmore. The Commission discussed what an 1800 style home is,what the booklet <br /> that was in record with pictures of the homes that were proposed for this <br /> subdivision.The 8—14 roof pitch was also discussed,the basic discussion was that <br /> several commissioners to not feel that the homes at Villages of Eastmore are being <br /> built in the style Arvis Homes had said that they would build.There was discussion <br /> on getting legal council to help with this matter Mr. Currens said that he would <br /> have a conflict of interest because of doing work for Mr. Hopkins. A motion was <br /> made by Commissioner Williamson for Commissioner McGuire to obtain an <br /> attorney and Mr.Holloway to ask Mr.White of Arvis Homes to come to the next <br /> meeting, Commissioner Bryant seconded the motion carried 6-0 with Commissioner <br /> abstaining. <br /> It was decided that the Technical Review Committee will meet from 11 a.m. to 12 <br /> p.m. on the Tuesday after filling deadline on that Monday. <br /> Mr.Beikman reported 19 permits and 96 inspections. <br /> A motion came from Commissioner Bryant to adjourn the meeting second (did not <br /> get name) motion carried 7-0, <br /> Chairman: <br /> Al4L4 -digit 4 <br /> Secretary: <br /> 4tz <br /> S <br />
