comprehensive plan says East High Street is commercial and West High Street <br /> residential. Mr. Brown wants it residential or stay in B-1. Mr. Brown said there was no <br /> street parking, only in front of his house. Commissioner McGuire said it would be easier <br /> to get a variance but she could not get financing. A motion was made by Commissioner <br /> Williamson with a second by Commissioner Berwick to recommend favorable to the <br /> Town Council for a rezone to B-2 with a special exception. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mr. Dinardin 79979 R <br /> Brookmore lots 85, 86, and 87 were sold with the understanding rezone was R-3. The <br /> Plan Commission will sign a petition to approve R-3. A motion was made by <br /> Commissioner McGuire with a second by Commissioner Berwick to approve signing the <br /> petition for rezone to R-3 for the three lots in Brookmore. The motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> Attorney Currens will contact the developer of Heartland Crossing concerning the pool. <br /> Commissioner Williamson wants to see if the Town Council would redo the counter dias <br /> to a u-shape. A motion was made by Commissioner Williams with a second by <br /> Commissioner Logan to let the Town Council know this counter arrangement is not good. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Attorney Currens will send a letter to Mr. e, County Line Road, about selling wood. <br /> The property is zoned agriculture. <br /> Forty five letters were sent out about signs advertising people's business and three have <br /> been removed. Another letter will be sent saying August 1st is the last to remove the <br /> signs or liens would be put on properties. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Plan Commission at this time a <br /> motion was made by Commissioner Ehrhart with a second by Commissioner Logan to <br /> adjourn the meeting. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> The next meeting of the Mooresville Plan.Commission will be on Thursday, July 26, <br /> 2007 at 6:00 P.
