0 Stanley Butrurn returned with his problem with dust from Carter Lee. Mr. Butrum said <br /> that now his drive is ruined by the water going over his drive when it rains. He had <br /> picture to show the Commission. Mr. Currens said that the issue may be a Storm Water <br /> problem and the information will be turn over to that department to check out. Mr. <br /> Currens spoke to someone from Carter Lee about the noise. The Mooresville said that the <br /> noise level was below our standards, so there is not much that can be done about that. <br /> Commissioner Brown said he had seen some of the problems. The police chief will be <br /> contacted to see if there is a way that when the noise is bad someone could be contacted <br /> to check at that time. <br /> The report on trailers behind the Armature building: The property is zoned I-1, this type <br /> of storage is permitted. <br /> Next was the report on outside storage at Maple Ln. and E. Washington St. (201 E. <br /> Washington St.) Ed Yoder appeared in answer of a letter sent to him. Tim Currens had <br /> tried to send it to the property owner, the address from the Morgan Auditors Office was <br /> not sufficient. Tim Currens told Mr. Yoder that the outside storage is not permitted for <br /> what the property is zoned. Mr. Yoder was to get with Joe Beikman to discuss just what <br /> needs to be done. <br /> Mr. Currens said that the owner of 110 E. Washington is taking action to correct the <br /> • situation at this property. Joe Beikman said that he was also informed that it can no <br /> longer be used as a multi family residence. <br /> The dates for the November and December were set for November 12th following the <br /> BZA meeting and December 10 also following the BZA meeting. <br /> Joe Beikman reported 15 permits and 24 inspections. <br /> With no further business a motion to adjourn was made by Commissioner Anderson, <br /> seconded by Commissi• er .ley, the motion carried 6-0 <br /> 1 i% 4 6° <br /> P airman: ,pr <br /> Att" i A <br /> Secretary: <br /> 0 <br />
