411 Sandra Perry came before the Commission asking for a Rezone for 11270 St. Rd. 67 N. <br /> from B-3 to I-1. Mrs. Perry is asking for the rezone to the upgraded Zoning Ordinance. <br /> with no questions from the floor or the Commission Commissioner Whaley that <br /> everything around the property is zoned I-1 she made the motion to recommend the <br /> rezone to the Town Council with a second coming from Commissioner Brown,the <br /> motion passed 6-0 with none opposed <br /> Ross Holloway came to the Commission to discuss the Hopkins property off of Bridge <br /> St. The proposed project would have assisted living , memory care unit assisted living <br /> units and 18 units of patio homes. There are other projects in Plainfield. Ft. Wayne and <br /> Bloomington. The old Lost Name restraint would be a club house and exercise unit. The <br /> TDM management group was represented by Mark Water field, Tony Shunts and JD <br /> Harris. They explained that would help people that could do private pay also those that <br /> would need Medicaid. Ross asked if anyone had any questions,he said that they would <br /> Return with a request a PUD E. They also have an in house emergency program. <br /> Millie Gunnell of 605 St Rd 267, came before the Commission to discuss the Hopkins <br /> property. This property has been in her family 63 years. Her concern was Mr. Hopkins <br /> has cut down all of the trees along 267 and have just left them there. Her request is that <br /> Mr. Hopkins to build a berm put along there is help with noise dust and dirt. Mr. Currens <br /> said,he would look into what if anything this Commission can do. <br /> • Stanley Butrum came back on the problem he has with Carter-Lee. Again he was <br /> concerned about the noise, and dust. He wants the lot be all blacked top. Mr. Currens said <br /> that he would look into the situation further. Mr. Currens also will talk The Police Dept. <br /> on testing the noise level. <br /> Commission Anderson told Chairman Young that he has had a complaint of a Dog <br /> Kennel being run on Landersdale Rd. the complaint was also the barking. Mr. Currens <br /> will look into the property in question. <br /> There was a motion to recommend to the Town Council to replace Mr. Williams with <br /> Ann Whaley to represent the the, Plan Commission on the Board of Zoning Appeals by <br /> Commissioner Brown second from Commissioner Berwick, motion carried. <br /> Joe Beikman reported 14 permits and 84 inspections. <br /> With no other business a motion to adjourn by Commission Whaley, seconded by <br /> Commissioner Berwick, motion carried. <br /> The next meeting will be August 27,2009 <br />
