It is a division of two buildings on an existing lot. Mr. Henard
wants to buy the smaller building that he has his business in at this time. There were four
things the Tech committee asked to be done. The original plat had a 20 feet easement and
they were asked to make that 25 foot . Not to show future plans of the free Methodist
church. The twenty-five foot wide access easement for any future access is needed. It was
believed that the Wingler Trust leased with option to buy, Mr. Holloway said that this is
not the case. Commissioner Berwick asked if the drive-way that is there is where the
drive is now, Me Holloway said that yes it is. Darrell Lee came forward to say that when
he leased the property that he understood that it was a lease with the option to buy, he
was concerned about the easement. Mr. Holloway said the Commissioner Brown was at the Tech Meeting
and said nothing about fire trucks not being able to get in. In addressing the parking issue,
he said that by Mooresville's Ordinance parking space is 9 ft. by 20 ft., he said that with
so little distance between the buildings there will be very little parking there.
