Mr. Holloways answer was that he could not honestly answer that, he also said <br /> that when they get to the NE east corner that there could possibility be. There was a little <br /> more discussion on the access easement. Mr. Lee. returned to ask 12ft.7in.from the <br /> property line, he wonders if a trash truck or fire truck could get around the building as <br /> well as his own truck. He, is concerned about safety. Mr. Holloway said that the proposed <br /> property line is almost 13 ft from the smaller building and with the easement being 25 <br /> foot there should more than adequate room for any truck or fire truck to get through. <br /> Commissioner Whaley asked about parking,there was more discussion on parking on the <br /> Flee Market side of the plat. With no motion or questions Commissioner Whaley motion <br /> to table this request to look further into the parking and more information on the <br /> easement. Commissioner King seconded the motion which carried with none opposed. <br /> At this time Mooresville Town Attorney reported on some past issues brought before the <br /> Plan Commission. A cease and desist letter was sent to 3215 E Crosby Road on business <br /> use at that address. Mr. Currens has spoken to the home owners attorney, they have <br /> agreed to cease and desist of any business or violations of our ordinance. <br /> Another issue was Hopkins gravel pit on 267, When Mr. Currens and Mr. Beikman went <br /> to the gravel pit finding that some of the trees that have been cut and are being addressed. <br /> The issue of a berm being built, we do not have an ordinance to request a berm being <br /> built. <br /> The last thing was a dog kennel on Landersdale Road, Kennels are allowed in this area, <br /> under our ordinance. <br /> Millie Gunnell came back on the gravel pit, she said that she understands that our <br /> ordinance does not require the berm. She asked what she could do to get the ordinance <br /> changed. She asked if she could get a petition, after discussion, Mrs. Gunnell was told <br /> that she could get a petition bring it and have Mr. Currens review it and decide in what <br /> direction it go. <br /> There was a discussion on the Property at Maple Ln. & Washington St. Ed Yoders is the <br /> owner of the business. He said that he will comply with the ordinance to clean up the <br /> property. It was decided to have a meeting with Mr. Yoder, Joe Beikman and Tim <br /> Currens. <br /> Kip Miller came forward to say that it has seemed like business as usual at 3215 Crosby <br /> Rd. Mr. Currens said that the letter was sent and the parties agreed to cease and desist <br /> business at this location and we would need proof to do any thing else. <br /> Joe Beikman reported 19 permits and 34 inspections. <br /> A motion was made and seconded to adjourn motion carried with none opposed. <br /> p <br />
