Jerry Tomas associate pastor at the Springhill <br /> Christian Center he wanted to say that if they can not move and the church is growing the <br /> • church will have a second service this will increase the traffic. Commissioner Dieterlen <br /> asked Pastor Tomas if he had complaints about the traffic from any neighbors. Pastor <br /> Tomas said no, he had not. A property owner on Rooker Road came forward to voice her <br /> concerns of the traffic flow. Mr. Holloway clarified that when the lot one is added to this <br /> plat they will return with a plat amendment. With no more questions Commissioner <br /> Brown motion the Rezone to the Mooresville Town Council, the second came from <br /> Commissioner King, the motion carried with none opposed. <br /> Mr. Holloway returned for a Minor Plat for Donald Stacy II requesting a minor plat on <br /> Lincoln Lane. Mr. Holloway explained that they had gone before the Board of Zoning <br /> appeals with several variances to begin this process. Each lot will have will have a single <br /> family dwelling. Commissioner Dieterlen asked Mr. Holloway if the sanitary lateral is <br /> shown, his answer was not they are not sure where it is. They know that is somewhere <br /> between lot one and out the Lincoln Lane. The reason was for future repairs that may for <br /> lot 2; Mr. Holloway will put language on the plat that since the service on lot 1 runs <br /> across lot 2, the owner of lot 1 will have the right to enter onto lot 2 for service. Also it <br /> would be restored to exciting condition. Terry Burnside asked if this would affect 143 N <br /> Indiana in any way, he answer was no it would not. Commissioner Whaley motioned to <br /> approve the Minor Plat with the contingent of language be added stating if the owner of <br /> lot one enters lot 2 for repairs the property will be restored to it original condition. The <br /> second came from Commissioner King, motion carried 5-0 with none opposed. <br /> Ross Holloway presented a rezone from agriculture to I 1 for Allison Farms Lawn & <br /> Landscape Service LLC on N. County Line Road. The plat is 4.015 and vacant ground. <br /> Mr. Holloway. There will be some out side storage; Trucks, dump trucks, trailers, mini <br /> excavators and supplies (mulch and maybe top soil) Mr. Currens said that they define <br /> what landscape business is, Mr. Holloway said that he could come up with language to <br /> describe what landscape business is. It was said that on the outside storage would be what <br /> ever the I1 restrictions are. Commissioner has a concern about dust from the outside <br /> storage; there was considerable dialog on air quality etc. Commissioner Brown asked if <br /> having I 1 zoning next to a residence and if it would conflict with the comprehensive <br /> plan. Mr. Holloway said that the notices were sent and the Allison's had spoken with <br /> Mrs. Hancock next to them. Commissioner Whaley motioned to approve this Rezone on <br /> the Allison Second Minor Plat with the restrictions that were mentioned. Also added to <br /> the recommendation that it would be a landscaping business only, landscaping will be <br /> defined by attorney Tim Currens and Ross Holloway, a second came from Commissioner <br /> Brown the motion carried 5-0 with none opposed. <br /> Mr. Holloway with Andrew Greenwood representing Meadow Lake of Mooresville LLC <br /> requesting an amendment to approved Planned Unit Development to allow an office <br /> building. Mr. Holloway had hand outs showing where the buildings will be, the units on <br /> the plat were one five unit and one six unit, these will be replace with two office <br /> buildings. The parking will be split the lower being for handicap. A portion of the <br /> parking will be on a parking easement granted from lot 2. He also showed the drainage <br /> 0 <br />
