And that final <br /> approval be brought back to this Commission as well as the Technical Review <br /> Committee. Commissioner Berwick seconded the motion, the motion carried with no one <br /> opposed. <br /> John Larrison returned for the Village Station owned by Phillips Edison& Co.,they are <br /> asking for a replat which is three lots Auto Zone being lot 1, Long John Silvers being lot <br /> 2 and the remainder being lot 3. There were concerns from the March meeting one being <br /> the access of Long John Silvers, the lack of sanitary sewer easement for auto Zone and <br /> three the number of parking spaces for Long John Silvers. Phillips Edison's had their <br /> council prepare 2 sets of revised agreements for easements, covenants and restrictions. <br /> Tim Currans had already read and given his approval. The fourth issue was two <br /> substandard sanitary sewer structures on lot three. Phillips Edison has and agreement <br /> with Swinney Bros. to repair and make the improvements that will bring them up to <br /> Town standards. John Bear, from Gilford. In., Council for Phillips Edison wanted to <br /> draw attention paragraph 3,that is where the concerns were addressed. A motion to <br /> approve the replat subject to all 3 being recorded and referenced on the plat, the second <br /> came from Commissioner Dieterlen, the motion carried 5-0 with Commissioner Brown <br /> abstaining,because he did not hear all of the presentation, <br /> The next item on the agenda was Stanley Butrum, inquiring if any had been done with the <br /> Carter Lee dust and noise. Tim Currans told Mr. Butrum that he had spoken to Mr. <br /> Beikman and there may be something that can be done under our Storm Water <br /> Ordinance. Mr. Currans will pass any information on to him. The dust was discussed as <br /> well as the loud radios. Mr. Currans said that he would send another letter about the dust. <br /> Mr., Butrum was told that this board is limited in what they can do, Mr. Currans said that <br /> he had spoken to some people outside this board to try to assist in the problem. <br /> The next item was a complaint on trailers parked behind the old Armature building. The <br /> caller was concerned about children and animals being around them. Mr. Currans said <br /> that he would take a look at it with Joe Beikman. <br /> Commissioner Whaley ask if any additional information on the property at Maple Ln. and <br /> E. Washington St. Mr. Currans responded that he had sent a certified letter, telling them <br /> that the outside storage is in violation of our ordinance. <br /> Mr. Beikman reported 11 Building permits and 24 inspections <br /> With no other business a motion was a motion was to adjourn came from Commission <br /> Whaley, second from Commissioner Anderson. <br /> 0 <br />
