The next item was a final plat for buildings 26 &27 Bridgemor Village, again Mr. Kaiser <br /> 41°. passed out layouts and aerials, and he explained that 26 and 27 are two different buildings <br /> and two different floor plans. 26 has a covered rear porch option and 4 seasons room <br /> options. Building 27 also has a covered porch option. Mr. Kaiser also said that the set <br /> back is 35 feet from the back of the curb. With no other questions Chairman Young asked <br /> for a motion, Commissioner Viles motioned to approve the plat for lots 26 & 27, a second <br /> came from Berwick, and the motion carried 7-0 with none opposed. <br /> The next item a final plat for building 36 Bridgemor village, Mr. Kaiser passed out the <br /> layout and aerials for building 36. He said that the building is further south than the <br /> others,this building has a covered rear porch option as well as an alternate porch and the <br /> set is also 35 feet from the curb. With no further questions Chairman Young asked for <br /> motion for the final plat for building 36, Commissioner Viles made the motion to approve <br /> the building 36 final plat, the second came from Commissioner Anderson; the motion <br /> carried 7-0 with none opposed. <br /> Next on the agenda was a two lot minor plat on 67 south(Bowling Alley Building) and <br /> (Storage Buildings)brought to the commission by Mr. Kaiser of Holloway Engineering. <br /> The plat will be cut into lots one being 1.28 acres with 135 feet of road frontage,the other <br /> 1.1 acres with 169 '/2 of road frontage. The plat did not show the parking area they want <br /> to know the number of spaces available, and clarify the access and regress. <br /> Commissioner Whaley motioned to continue this minor plat until the October meeting <br /> The second was made by Commissioner Berwick the motion passed 7-0 with none <br /> opposed. <br /> Chairman Young asked for a motion on changing the November and December meetings <br /> To be with The Board of Zoning Appeals meetings. November 10 and December 8. <br /> Commissioner Whaley motioned to change these dates; if there is no BZA agenda the <br /> Planning Commission will be at 6:00 p.m., the second was made by Commissioner <br /> Anderson, the motion carried 7-0 with none opposed. <br /> Joe Beckman's building report was given with 10 new permits and 40 inspections. <br /> Commissioner Dieterlen asked about the letter that was sent on the Johnson Road <br /> Complaint, Mr. Currens said yes and they would go before the BZA for a variance. <br /> With no other business a motion was made by Commissioner Anderson, seconded by <br /> Commissioner Dieterlen.
