MINUTES OF THE MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met at its regular <br />meeting place, the Town Hall, on June 20, 1990 at 7:00 p.m. <br />Present were Board members Donald Barry, Vernon Kimmel, Alan <br />Kramer, Robert Tucker, and Steve Oschman. The Board's attorney, <br />Timothy C. Currens, was also present. The only item before the <br />Board was the submission of two addendum changes to the planned <br />unit development of Roger and Karen Raymond. Their attorney, <br />Briane House, was present along with Jerome Witte. Mr. House <br />advised that the Board's attorney had pointed out to him the need <br />to state in the plat the right to sell off lots pursuant to <br />Section 6.2(d) of the Town's Zoning Ordinance. This addition was <br />being added to the plat along with a paragraph 6 complying with <br />Section 6.2(e) of the ordinance showing that all improvements will <br />be covered by some type of surety pursuant to the Subdivision <br />Control Ordinance. These were reviewed and Vern Kimmel questioned <br />whether or not the Raymonds intended to sell the three residential <br />lots. Jerome Witte advised that they were and that investors <br />would purchase the lots and build doubles on them. There being no <br />further discussion, a motion was made to approve the additional <br />statements to the plat complying with Section 6.2(d) and (e) of <br />the Town's ordinance. Robert Tucker made the motion; this was <br />seconded by Steve Oschman and unanimously carried. Don Barry then <br />reviewed the notice concerning the public hearing and the adoption <br />of the Town of Mooresville Redevelopment Commission of the <br /> <br /> <br />
