ADDENDUM TO NOTES OF PLAT OR DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />OF PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT BY ROGER AND KAREN RAYMOND <br /> <br />Se <br /> <br /> 5. Developers, Roger and Karen Raymond, propose to sell <br />three (3) lots on the southern boundary of the Planned Unit <br />Development to other person(s) for development of three (3) one <br />and two family dwelling units (one per lot). Developers seek <br />approval of future subdivision at this time without the need to <br />seek further approval of the plan. <br /> <br /> 6. Developers shall furnish the Commission with a <br />guarantee for any required improvements as specified in <br />Subdivision Control Ordinance for any improvements within the PUD <br />covered by the Subdivision Control Ordinance. Any required <br />surety will cover performance requirements as well as three year <br />maintenance on any systems installed by developer in accordance <br />with the provisions of Subdivision Control Ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
