That the special exception would be located in a district where such <br /> <br />use is permitted and all other requirements in this ordinance which are applicable <br />to such special exception will be met. <br /> <br /> Vernon Kimmel then moved to grant the special exception request. This was <br />seconded by Steve Oschman and unanimously carried. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the board, Vern Kimmel moved <br /> <br />to adjourn the meeting.
