MINUTES OF MOORESVILLE <br />BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met at its regularly <br />scheduled meeting place, the Town Hall, on February 21, 1990, at <br />7:00 p.m. Present were Board Members Vern Kimmel, Robert Tucker, <br />Don Barry, and Alan Kramer. The meeting was called to order by <br />Chairman Barry who determined a quorum was present and the Board <br />proceeded to approval of the minutes of the prior meeting and <br />findings of fact. <br /> <br /> The first item on the agenda was the variance request from <br />Dale and Matilda Jessup for the property located at 227 W. Main <br />Street, Mooresville, Indiana. The Jessups were requesting a <br />variance from the use to allow this property to be used for a two <br />family residence. Paul Bryant was present with petitioner, <br />Matilda Jessup, and explained to the Board that this property <br />originally was set up for two separate family units. He advised <br />that the Jessups had remodeled the interior and planned to do <br />extensive work on the exterior of the property. <br />advised that two single ladies would be living <br />one in each of the units. Chairman Barry then <br />not there were any other parties present for or against the <br />petition. Receiving no response, the Board proceeded to findings <br />of fact based upon the variance of use. The Board found the <br />following: <br /> <br /> 1.
