Bob Tucker stated that the evidence <br />had shown that there was all ready a drive present and a portion of a building <br />on this which was to be used in the new construction. Bob Tucker stated <br />that he felt that this provided the practical difficulties. Mr. Vaughn <br />stated that lot 21 was vacant and he would have no objection if the building <br />was put further ~outh away from his view. Don Barry stated that there were <br />practical difficulties with using the.06 of an acre under our ordinance. <br />Chairman Tucker polled the board and received a consensus on the third <br />finding of fact. Don Barry then moved to grant the variance from a 40 <br />foot rear setback to a zero setback. Alan Kramer seconded and the vote was <br />three in favor and one opposed. The variance was granted. Mr. Vaughn <br />raised the issue that the people who now own lot 19 were not notified, <br /> <br />Phil Smith advised that he had used the addresses from the Auditor's Office <br /> <br /> for all mailings and that if there had been a transfer it was not recorded. <br /> <br /> There being no further business to come before the meeting the board <br /> adjourned upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried. <br /> <br /> Robert Tucker, Chairman~ <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br /> <br />
