and to allow the subdivision as proposed by the petitioners will
still allow for one hundred ninety-two (192) feet of road frontage
per lot for a depth of six hundred and eighty-six (686) feet.

Dave Barry further noted that this six acre tract of land was
probably established as six acres due to the county's requirement
of a minimum of five acres of land.

The board having found that the requirements of the code were
met turned to statements from any remonstrators present.

Steve Kenworthy, an adjoining property owner said he had no
objections with the proposal and was only present due to problems
in the past with developing this area.

Dave Barry moved to grant the variance from development
standards and further moved to grant a variance to allow for the 3
to 1 width to depth ratio.

Alan Kramer questioned whether there was any topographical
problems which would affect the placement of the home. The
realtor involved in the land transaction advised that there was
not. Debbie King further advised that the house will have a 150
foot setback which will line up with the other homes already
constructed.

A1 Kramer further inquired whether there were any gas
transmission lines or towers on the lots in question and Debbie
King that there was not. There being no further questions, Vern
Kimmel seconded the motion made by Dave Barry. The motion was
unanmiously carried.

-3-
