were against the petition and stated that they felt there was no <br />hardship involved here on the petitioners. <br /> <br /> Paul Bryant then spoke and stated that he was assisting with <br />the development of the Jessup ground which is adjoining and that <br />this would have effect upon their land. He also stated that once <br />a mobile home is present, it is difficult to have the same <br />removed. Will Clark, an adjoining property owner, stated that he <br />did much of his own work in the construction phase of his home, <br />and it was not necessary for him to have a mobile home on site. <br />Steve Kenworthy, another adjoining property owner, stated that by <br />allowing one mobile home in the area, we would be starting a <br />precedent which could hurt all property values. This was seconded <br />by Jim Lefler and Fred Miller, who live on Bingham Road and Keller <br />Hill Road, respectively. Harold Lloyd, who lives at the top of <br />Keller Hill Road, stated that he had gotten permission from the <br />County to place a mobile home on his property for a one-year <br />period while he constructed his home and that it worked out just <br />fine. He stated that the mobile home was pulled out within two <br />days after completion of the home, and that his home is an asset <br />to the community. Mr. and Mrs. Hoff, who had recently purchased a <br />home on Keller Hill Drive, felt that this might hurt their <br />property values. Don Adams of Bethel Road stated that getting <br />the mobile homes removed has been a problem in the past. Dale <br />Jessup advised that he was against any trailer in the area, but <br />felt that the neighbors would help the proposed owners in any way <br />possible.
