That the strict application of the terms of Zoning <br />Ordinance would result in practical difficulties in the use of the <br />property, due to the transition of this neighborhood and the prior <br />use . <br /> <br /> A motion was made to approve the proposed setback variances <br />from the development standards and approve the findings of fact by <br />Warren Franklin, seconded by Robert Tucker, and unanimously <br />carried. <br /> <br />A motion then was made by Tilford Bailey to adjourn.
