FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br /> RE: James and Phyllis Cottongim <br /> 1612 State Road 144 <br /> Mooresville, Indiana <br /> <br /> This matter came before the Mooresville <br />on December 16, 1987, at the regularly <br />time. The petition requested to place <br />property for a period of two (2) years. <br /> <br /> Board of Zoning Appeals <br />scheduled meeting date and <br />a mobile home on said <br /> <br />of the lot in question. <br /> <br /> 3. That the strict <br />ordinance would result <br />property if applied in <br />residential use. <br /> <br />application of the terms of the zoning <br /> <br />in practical difficulties in the use of the <br />this case by restricting this type of <br /> <br /> / <br /> <br />w~rr~n -Fr-JhkT%n ,~ ~Secr~'t~ry <br /> <br />St~ve Oschman, Chairman <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals having heard evidence <br />on the above captioned petition now makes the following findings <br />of fact pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4-19.4: <br /> <br /> 1. That the approval would not be injurious to the public <br />health, safety, morals ana general welfare of the community due to <br />the nature of the proposed use. <br /> <br /> 2. That the use and value of the area adjacent to the property <br />included in the variance would not be affected in any substantially <br />adverse manner due to the location of the proposed use and the size <br /> <br /> <br />
