The Board advised Mr. Stovall that this petition was listed on their
agenda for the December 17, 1986 meeting and that no one appeared to present
their case on this matter. Mr. Stovall advised the Board that there must have
been a mixup in communications between himself and Attorney Tim Currens because
he was under the impression that the date for the hearing was January 27, 1987
and has the legal publication and the notice to the adjoining landowners
reflecting that date.

The Board agreed to allow the Manning petition to proceed. She advised that they have 3 employees and that this is her sole source
of income.

The adjoining landowner on the west side of Mrs. Manning's property, namely,
John Brown, advised the Board that he had lived there 11 years and was in favor of
the petition. He advised that she has tried to keep her home up and felt that
traffic was not a problem.

Mrs. Manning went on to advise that she has one wholesale dealer who comes
approximately one time every month for approximately 1½ hours. She further advised
that there would be no improvements to the property.

The Board was advised that the business manufactures approximately 90 to 100
