need a variance no matter how he attempted to place the garage on the lot <br />given the set back requirements of the ordinance and determined that this <br />created practical difficulties which allowed a variance from the strict <br />application of the terms of the zoning ordinance. <br /> <br /> Don Barry moved to grant the requested variance. The motion was seconded <br />by Warren Franklin and unanimously carried. <br /> <br /> Attorney Ksenak advised the Board that they needed to approve or amend <br /> <br />the minutes of the prior meeting. Wendell Thaler moved to approve the minutes <br />of the November 19, 1986 Board of Zoning Appeals meeting. The motion was <br />seconded by Don Barry and unanimously carried.
