Chief Ditton recon~nended to the board that it may be <br />profitable to the town to hold an auction for the used police car and other <br />surplus town equipment. <br /> President Forbes advised the board a date would be set in the near <br />future for an auction for the used police car and other surplus town <br />equipment. <br /> Park Superintendent Brent Callahan advised the board that town Attorney <br />Tim Currens is now involved in getting the builder and the insurance adjuster <br />to come to tems on the stom destroyed building at Pioneer Park. After <br /> discussion on this matter Trustee Overholser agreed to assist as the <br /> Cemetary Con, missioner. <br /> <br /> Clerk-Treasurer Ann Whaley announced the Clerk's office will initiate <br /> new hours as of Monday, January 25, 1988. The Clerk's office will be open <br /> from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. - Noon on <br /> Saturday. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Steve Edwards to approve the bills and claims.
