Notices were found to be in order and the Board proceeded to a
presentation by Tom Kough. Mr. Kough advised that the Raesta Estates was requesting
a variance from the development standards in particular on the lot lines between
Lots number 11, 12, 13, 14 and 22 which are slightly in excess of the 300 foot depth
on the lot size required by ordinance and alos on the east line Lot number 22.
That variance is requested for a 25 foot building line as shown on plat for Lots
number 23, 24, 25 and 26. Variance requested for a frontage of 78.14 feet instead
of 120 feet on Lot number 22. After a brief discussion the Board opened up the
meeting to questions from the floor. Dan McGuire of 20 Victor Drive was present
and requested a copy of the drawings along with Clyde Scott of 5 Hadley Woodland,
Mooresville, Indiana.

There being no further discussion Chairman opened up to the Board for a
motion. Tilford Bailey moved to accept the variance as requested on all items
one through 3, this was seconded by Warren Franklin and unanimously carred.

There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting

was adjourned upon motion duly made and seconded.

Sieve Oschman, Chairman

~a~ren Franki'tn, Secretary
