In particular the granting requested for the lot lines between <br />Lots Number 11, 12, 13, 14 and 22 to be in excess of the Development Standards <br />of the Town of Mooresville. That the variance requested for the 25 foot building <br />line as shown on the plat for Lots 23, 24, 25 and 26 instead of a 40 foot standard <br />set out in the Town's zoning ordinance and the variance requesting a frontage <br />of 78.14 feet instead of 120 feet on Lot Number 22. This letter is to give you <br />notice and the Town Plan Commission notice of the granting of said variance request <br />in the Development Standard.
