seconded by Tilford Bailey and unanimously passed. <br /> <br /> The Board then proceeded to the second item on the agenda, a request <br /> <br />for a varimnce from the development standards filed by W.P. Wingler of 2241 Pine <br />Grove Lane, Plainfield, Indiana. Mr. Wingler was not present, but Sam Kern, <br />attorney at law was present representing him. Mr. Kern advised that they were <br />requesting a set back variance from 50 feet as required by the ordinance to 42 feet <br />in the front. The purpose of the variance was to put in a brick storage warehouse <br />adjacent to the Country Corner Furniture Store. The Board reviewed the drawings <br />presented and asked questions of Mr~ Kern as to the location and nature of use. <br />There were no remonstrators present. After a brief disc,ssion the Board found <br />that the necessary requirements were met for a variance from the development <br />standards and Chairman Oschman opened up the floor for a motion from the Board. <br />Tilford Bailey made a motion to grant the variance from deve]opment standards from <br /> <br />50 feet to 40 feet in the front. This was seconded by Warren Franklin and unanimously <br />carried. <br /> <br /> The Board then briefly discussed the upcoming special exception of Tidler and <br />Burden set for the next meeting.
