Please be advised that your request for a variance from <br />the development standards to construct a g~rage with a rear set-back <br />of 26 feet rather than 40 feet as required in our ordinance was granted <br />at the meeting of June 20, 1984. This is a permanent variance that <br />runs with the garage and continues in existence so long as the structure <br />stands.
