Please be advised that at the Bcard of Zoning App~ls <br />meeting of June 20, 1984 the Board took the following actions on your <br />variance request: <br /> <br />Granted a variance on the use of Lots 8, 9 and l0 to allow <br />multi-family, in particular, a double to be placed on Lots <br />9 and 10 and also a double on Lot 8. This use runs to <br />you as owners and will be terminated at the time you sell <br />the property or take it out of your name. <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />Granted a variance from the development standards on the <br />front set-backs from 40 feet to 35 feet and 60.feet to 32 feet <br />anti also on the square footage of Lot 8 to allow the use as <br />a double.
