MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals having reviewed the <br /> <br />Variance Request filed by Michael Davidson requiring a variance on <br /> <br />the Minor Plat on Lot #2 from the width to depth ratio, the Board <br /> <br />now makes the following findings of fact pursuant to Indiana Code <br /> <br />36-7-4-918.5: <br /> <br /> ?. That the approval of the variance will not be injurious <br />to the public health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the <br />community due to the fact that the lot sizes are large and due to <br />the contour of the land. <br /> <br /> 2. That the use and value of the area adjacent to the <br />property including the variance will not be affected in a <br />substantially adverse manner due to the size of the lots and the <br />contour of the land. <br /> <br /> 3.
