MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS MINUTES <br /> <br />WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 1992 - 7:00 p.m. <br /> MOORESVILLE TOWN HALL <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met for their regular <br />scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 16, 1992 at 7:00 p.m. at <br />the Mooresville Town Hall. <br /> <br /> Board members present were Charles McGuire, Vern Kimmel, Alan <br />Kramer and Don Barry. Also present was the Board's attorney, <br />Timothy C. Currens. Board member Steve Oschman was absent. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Alan Kramer to approve the August Zoning <br />Board minutes. A second was made by Vern Kimmel. Motion passed 4 <br /> <br /> Ms. Nila Turley came before the Mooresville Board of Zoning <br />Appeals to request a variance at 1691 Hadley Road. Ms. Turley <br />explained that there had previously been a log cabin at this property <br />that had burned down and she would like to move a trailer onto this <br />property now. <br /> <br /> The Board reviewed and discussed Ms. Turley's request for <br /> <br />a variance at 1691 Hadley Road. <br /> <br /> The Zoning Board members went over the Findings of Fact to <br /> <br />see if the request for the variance met approval. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Vern Kimmel to grant the variance at 1691 <br />Hadley Road. A second was made by Don Barry. Motion passed 4 - O. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roger Caperton of Caperton Development Group appeared before <br />the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals to request a variance on <br />lot #'s: 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 6, 7 and 8 in the Knightsbridge <br />Subdivision. <br /> <br /> <br />
