The Board reviewed and discussed Mr. Caperton's request for <br /> the variance in Knightsbridge Subdivision. <br /> <br /> Motion was made by Alan Kramer to grant the variance for <br /> <br /> width to depth ratio in the Knightsbridge Subdivision on lot #'s: <br /> <br /> 13, 14, 15, 16, 18,6,7 and 8. A second.was made by Vern Kimmel. <br />Motion passed 4 ~ 0. <br /> <br /> Attorney Mark Peden and Mr. Gary Canaday, Construction Manager <br /> for Lin-E1, Inc., came before the Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals <br /> <br />to represent Mr. Frank Lowry of Lin-E1, <br />changing the set back distance to 100' <br />Road, lot 2 of Block A. <br /> <br />Inc., to request a variance <br />instead of 500' at ~f Bethel <br /> <br /> Ms. Shirley Pauley, Bethel Road, voiced her concerns about <br />changing the set back distance to 100~. <br /> <br /> Mr. Rick Grubb, 510 Keys Road, explained to the Board that <br />his family had been experiencing bad odors from Lin-E1, Inc. <br /> <br /> Mr. Canaday explained why Lin-E1, Inc. needed the set back <br />distance of 100' instead of 500'. Mr. Canaday also informed the <br />Board that the odors should no longer be a problem. <br /> <br /> The Board reviewed and discussed Lin-El,s~request for a <br />variance at ~l.Bethel Road, lot 2 of Block A. <br /> <br /> The Board went over the Findings of Fact to see if Lin-El's <br /> <br />request for a variance met approval. <br /> 75 / <br /> Motion to grant the variance at ~ Bethel Road, lot 2 of <br /> <br />Block A changing the set back distance to 100' instead of 500' <br />was made by Don Barry. A second was made by Alan Kramer. <br />Motion passed 4 - O. <br /> <br /> Board of Zoning Appeals attorney, Tim Currens, explained to <br /> <br /> <br />
