The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals further makes the following
findings of fact pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-4-918.5:

1. That the approval of the variance regarding the developmental
standards will not be injurious to public health, safety morals, or general
welfare of the cormnunity in that the mobile home will not be permanent and the
failure to set the same in concrete should have no effect on the general welfare
of the cormnunity.

2. That the use and value of the area adjacent to the property included
in the variance will not be affected in a substantially adverse manner by the
failure of said mobile home to be placed upon concrete footings.

3. Strict application of the terms of the zoning ordinance would result
in practical difficulties in the use of this property in that once the concrete
footers are poured and the mobile home is placed on the property, a substantial
problem is created when the mobile home is moved at the end of five years and
the concrete must be torn out or it will interfere with the use of the land.

~eve Oschman, Chairman

Warren Franki~_n, ~ecretary

-2-
