MINUTES OF MOORESVILLE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS <br /> <br /> The Mooresville Board of Zoning Appeals met in a specially called session <br />on Wednesday, the 12th day of January, 1983 at 7:00 o'clock P.M. at the <br />Mooresville Town Hall. Present were Board Members Paul Walters, Nan Kollmeyer, <br />Wendell Thaler, Steve Oschman, and Warren Franklin. The Board's Attorney <br />Tim Currens was also present. The meeting was called to order by Chairman <br />Paul Walters and minutes of the last meeting were read and approved by all <br />members. The Board proceeded to reorganization for the calendar year 1983. <br />Wendell Thaler nominated Steve Oschman for Chairman and Paul Walters seconded <br />the motion. Nominations were closed and Steve Oschman was unanimously elected <br />chairman for the Board of Zoning Appeals. Nominations were then opened for <br />Vice-Chairman and Warren Franklin nominated Wendell Thaler. This was seconded <br />by Nan Kollmeyer. A motion was made to close the nominations and thereafter <br />Wendell Thaler was unanimously elected Vice-Chairman. Nominations were then <br />opened for Secretary and Paul Walters nominated Nan Kollmeyer. This was <br />seconded by Wendell Thaler and a motion was made to close the nominations. <br />Thereafter Nan Kollmeyer was unanimously elected secretary of the Mooresville <br />Board of Zoning Appeals. The Board then proceeded to docket 4-1983 a petition <br />for a variance filed by Richard and Mary Roberts in regards to the <br />property located at 222 Maple Lane, Mooresville, Indiana. After a finding by <br />the Board's attorney that all notices were in order, the Board proceeded to <br />hear the petition to allow a variance that two personal residences be allowed on <br />the same lot. Richard Roberts explained a background of the ownership of the <br />property and the uses. The Board was also advised that the Plan Commission had <br />requested the Roberts to file for a variance to comply with the zoning ordinance. <br />Nan Kollmeyer then proceeded to make the following findings: <br /> <br /> <br />
