2. That the variance is necessary for the preservation <br /> <br /> and enjoyment of a substantial property right <br /> possessed by other property in the same vicinity <br /> and district which would be denied to the property <br /> in question if such variance was not granted. <br /> <br /> 3. That the granting of such variance will not be materially <br /> detrimental to the pubic welfare or injurious to the <br /> property or improvements in the vacinity and district <br /> in which the subject property is located. <br /> <br /> 4. That granting of such variance will not alter the land <br /> use characteristics of the vicinity and the distr~ct <br /> in which such property is located or diminish the <br /> marketable value of adjacent land and the improvements <br /> or cause or add to additional traffic congestion to the <br /> public streets in the area where the improvements are <br /> <br />to be made in accordance with the granting of the variance. <br />Thereafter, the Board agreeing with the same, proceeded with a motion to <br />grant the variance as requested with a limitation on any sign not bo be in <br />excess of 8 square feet and that it must comply with all other zoning restrictions. <br />Wendell Thaler seconded the motion and the Board unanimously approved the same, <br />this representing a majority of the Board members, the variance was granted. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board the meeting was <br />adjourned upon motion duly made and seconded. <br /> <br />Steve Oschman, Cha±rman <br /> <br />Nan Kollmeyer, Secreta~ry <br />Dated: ~'~ //- ~[-~ <br /> <br /> <br />
