<br />~ <br /> <br />distance of 759.6 feet to the West right-of-way line of the Indianapolis <br />and Vincennes Railroad; run thence Northeasterly on said West line <br />55 feet from and parallel to the centerline of said railroad a distance <br />of 960.8 feet to the South and East right-of-way line of State Road <br />#67; run thence Southwesterly on the South and East right-of-way <br />line of State Road #67 a distance of 1285.0 feet to the place of <br />beginning, containing 10.0 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />ALSO: Part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 13 <br />North, Range 1 East, Morgan County, Indiana, described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at an iron pin with cap which marks the northeast <br />corner of the Northwest Quarter (for reference, the iron pipe which <br />marks the northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter is South 89 <br />degrees 19 minutes 16 seconds West (assumed bearing of north <br />line of Northwest Quarter), 2671.31 feet; thence South 89 degrees <br />19 minutes 16 seconds West, with said north line, 427.07 feet to an <br />iron pin on the west right-of-way line of the Indiana Southern Railroad <br />(formerly Conrail and formerly Indianapolis and Vincennes Railroad) <br />and the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel herein described (for <br />reference, an iron pipe was found South 72 degrees 15 minutes 54 <br />seconds West, 6.81 feet; thence with said west right-of-way line <br />for the following two (2) courses: 1) along a curve concave east, <br />having a radius of 5250.00 feet, a central angle of 3 degrees 14 <br />minutes 38 seconds, a chord bearing South 01 degrees 14 minutes <br />39 seconds West, 297.20 feet, an arc distance of 297.24 feet to an <br />iron pin; 2) South no degrees 22 minutes 40 seconds East, 846.80 <br />feet to an iron pin; thence South 86 degrees 18 minutes 27 seconds <br />West, 1051.45 feet to an iron pin on the easterly right-of-way line <br />for State Highway Number 67 ("F" Project Number 187 [11]); thence <br />with said easterly right-of-way for the following five (5) courses: <br />1) North 1 0 degrees 52 minutes 35 seconds East, 54.45 feet to an <br />iron pin; 2) North 23 degrees 53 minutes 15 seconds East, 360.19 <br />feet to an iron pin; 3) North no degrees 20 minutes 27 seconds East, <br />333.08 feet to a concrete right-of-way monument (for reference, an <br />iron pin with cap engraved "Bledsoe/Tapp" was found North 65 <br />degrees 05 minutes 07 seconds East, 0.28 feet); 4) North 10 degrees <br />34 minutes 07 seconds East, 305.61 feet to a concrete right-of-way <br />monument; 5) along a curve, concave east, having a radius of 2191.83 <br />feet, a central angle of 5 degrees 11 minutes 55 seconds, a chord <br />bearing North 20 degrees 41 minutes 38 seconds East, 198.80 feet, <br />an arc distance of 198.87 feet to an iron pin on the north line of the <br />Northwest Quarter; thence North 89 degrees 19 minutes 16 seconds <br />East, with said north line, 765.66 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br />
