That the Defendants, Thomas Hedrick and Teresa Hedrick, are the owners of certain adjacent real estate; namely, Lot Twenty-One (21) of said Sundown Manor Subdivision and have asserted certain claims to Tract 1. 7. That the Plaintiff, Monte Coate, does assert certain claim to the real estate described in Tract 2. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Defendants, Thomas Hedrick and Teresa Hedrick, should be and are found to be the owners of Tract 1; that all rights and claims of any Defendant herein to said real estate is without right and unfounded; and, that the Defendants, Thomas Hedrick and Teresa Hedrick, title thereto, should be and hereby is forever quieted and set to rest against the claims of any such Defendant and all persons claiming from or through such Defendants, subject to the easements of the Town of Mooresville heretofore set forth.
