<br />I. /6 <br />,,~ <br />I . <br /> <br />961.31.30 <br /> <br />8ook/'i~ Page 201 <br /> <br />AMENDED <br />ORDINANCE 4, 1996 <br /> <br />A SPECIAL ORDINANCE ANNEXING CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY <br />TO THE CIVIL TOWN OF MOORESVILLE, INDIANA <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Morgan <br /> <br />County, Indiana that: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the boundary of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana is adjacent to the <br /> <br />real estate described herein and meets the necessary aggregate external boundaries that coincide <br /> <br />with the boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville for statutory annexation; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Mooresville has passed a Resolution approving a Fiscal Plan <br /> <br />establishing policy for providing services to the annexed area; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Civil Town of <br /> <br />Mooresville, Indiana: <br /> <br />SECTION I <br /> <br />That the following described land be, and the same is hereby annexed and declared a part <br /> <br />of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana, to-wit: see attached legal description marked Exhibit <br /> <br />"A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />SECTION II <br /> <br />Be it further ordained, that the boundaries of the Civil Town of Mooresville shall be in <br /> <br />the same are, hereby declared to be extended so as to include all of the real estate hereinabove <br /> <br />described as a part of the Civil Town of Mooresville, Indiana. <br /> <br />SECTION III <br /> <br />,,- <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, promulgation <br /> <br />and publication and completion of the remonstrance period. <br />
